- If you use the Explorer via a right click on a folder (collection) to make a new child folder (collection), use ONLY 'Create Sub Collection', do NOT use 'Create Sub Collection Asset'.
- Mediaflux Explorer 1.3.27 on Windows can have an issue with dragging files into the upload window as described in this video. Update to the latest version of Mediaflux Explorer here Mediaflux downloads or use the alternate upload procedure described at 56 seconds into the video if you experience this issue.
