Giving Others Access to Your Project

The preferred method is to use the uam-portal (User Account Management) to update access via self-service.

You can also contact Research Computing Services to share your project with a collaborator if unable to use the tam-portal for some reason.

Providing us with the following information will speed up adding collaborators to your project:

• Your project id (e.g. /projects/proj-test-1128.4.8)

• Their institution

• Their institutional username

• What kind of access you would like them to have, one or more of the following:

  • read-only

  • read-write

  • Something more complex: see detailed information about permissions for advanced users
